This includes all aspects of labor standards and relations such as personnel administration matters, retirement and benefit plans for employees, certification election, unfair labor practice and termination cases, strike cases, injunction cases before the Department of Labor and Employment or the National Labor Relations Commission, the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and overseas employment concerns.
